We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase from Camera Dealer but if you are not, we will do our best to put things right.

Changed your mind?        
No problem, just return the item/s to us with any accessories in the condition you received it within 30 days. Please send your returned item/s to the address at the bottom of the page.
Return postage costs are the buyers responsibility.

Item arrived damaged or not working. 
Although we package our items to a very high standard to protect them from damage, sometimes damage can occur during transit.

If you receive a damaged item, please use the form below within 48 hours of receipt to notify us of the damage.
We will issue you with a returns reference number along with details of what to do next and where to send the item.
Return postage costs will be reimbursed by us.

If you receive an item which isn't working correctly, please call us on 07551-189606 to notify us of the fault.
We may be able to sort it out for you over the phone but if not we will issue you with a returns reference number along with details of what to do next and where to send the item.
If we have another item in stock we may offer you an exchange, a repair or a refund.
